          Итого: Бризовый дамаг теперь в зависимости от инта колеблется от dam*3/4 до dam*2,
          Остальная магия - от dam/2 до dam*3
        * Поменял циферки в get_ac_modifier, увеличив нижний порог влияния АС на дамаг.
          Примерно на 10%, так как по моим подсчетам бризы уступают физикалу  
          как раз процентов на 10, уже с подправленным get_int_modifier
